Doesn't exactly make us want to come back.
It was ridiculous! They need to have Security stand by people who are harmful and make threats about removing them not people who have not bad intentions and are coming in there for the first time. When he wanted to walk away and we continued to have frustration with the whole, instead of trying to appease us in a 'realistic and heartfelt way' he got madder and threatened to throw us out of the Casino after he was going to call more security for our removal. However one security guard in particular was standing by and threatened us with removal if we didn't quit complaining about the waste of time for us.
We were accommodated for our hour wait sitting while they shut down the entire game. two more time by at least 3 to 4 different workers. We were all told it was going to be 10 min., than 20 min. Had fun until row of machines broke down.
